The pier has restaurants, bars, shops, fishing and beach rentals overlooking a wide, six-mile long sandy beach. Numerous outdoor festivals and surfing contests are held annually on the pier. The silky, white sand beaches and crystal clear water make swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and of course, surfing very popular at Cocoa Beach. Almost any other kind of outdoor recreation can be found here, as well, including golf, tennis, hiking, biking, jet skiing or wind surfing.
